  • Drove end-to-end design process for the admin platform of business phone system to simply the daily works of 50k enterprise IT admins;

  • Designed for admin registration experience of business SMS messaging from 0 to 1 in order to unblock 5 million revenue for the business;

  • Led the redesign of mobile admin portal to refresh the UX for 30k mobile admin users;

  • Designed key flows for Cloud Computer app to provide customers with access to a personal computer on the cloud

  • Designed the web admin portal of Cloud Computer for Business from requirement definitions, wireframes and detailed user interface.

I started my career as the first UI/UX hire in a close-knit team at ThousandEyes. I designed several key design initiatives including 0-1 product design for Internet Insights, design revamp for Endpoint Agent 2.0, as well as a overhaul for the whole product pricing system and the monitoring flow over different product lines.


Here, I helped involved the platform from single flagship monitoring product into multi-product suite SaaS. At the same time, I helped grow the UX design from 1 to 2, taking responsibility for the candidate interviews, design reviews, as well as new hire onboarding and mentoring.


I also won the “Most Popular Award” for 2016 company hack week by designing and creating promotion video for the Product&Engineering to facilitate the hiring process teaming with VP of Engineering.
